What should I do if I don’t feel well on the supplement?
Please stop use of the supplement and call your physician as soon as possible. Since your symptoms may not be related to the supplement, please do not just stop the supplement and disregard the part about seeing your physician. You should see your physician even after you’ve stopped supplement for a full medical evaluation. If your physician is unavailable, please see a covering physician or go to the nearest emergency or urgent care department for full medical evaluation. Again, your symptoms may not be associated with the product so please seek medical evaluation and stop all extraneous non-prescription supplements.

Can I return supplements after I’ve opened the bottle?
Once you have opened your product, we can not take it back for a refund or exchange because the products are no longer in a re-saleable state. Please do not open and keep your receipt/invoice until you are sure you are going to use it. We will take returns and exchanges up to 30 days of date of shipment to you. Your credit card will be reimbursed the amount of the product minus the shipping cost of the return or exchange.

The package must be sealed and in re-saleable condition, in original condition for return to be given or exchange to be given. If the product is returned in a damaged condition or has been opened, we will not be able to refund the cost of the product. You may use the original shipping packaging and material to return if you so choose. It is the responsibility of the customer to return the product to us in re-saleable form and in original condition for full refund minus the shipping cost for exchanges.
