By building a strong health foundation using the right combination of supplements and herbs, nutrition, acupuncture, manual therapies, mind-body therapies and making minor lifestyle modifications, you can turn your health around and prevent disease onset or progression.

I take into consideration your cultural, financial, and personal beliefs when I create your customized health treatment plan based on 'Whole Systems' approach to health care via philosophies of conventional medicine and complementary medicine such as hypnotherapy, traditional Chinese medicine, Ayurveda, homeopathy, nutritional and lifestyle modifications, aromatherapy, flower essences, functional medicine, and strain-counterstrain osteopathic manipulations.

Through the right balance of complementary and conventional treatment modalities, it is possible to stimulate your body’s natural recovery system and optimize your baseline health status. I believe in teaching you the skills you need to best utilize your resources to optimize your health. My goal is to empower you through these modalities so that you become comfortable and confident with your own ability to achieve and maintain life-long wellness.

In order to minimize side effects of your ongoing health care treatments, I maintain regular communication with your current doctors to make sure your conventional and complementary health treatments are the safest and most effective treatments in health care today.
